I didn't receive my ticket email

If you didn't receive the email containing your ticket, please try the following:

  1. Check your email's spam folder.
  2. Double check the email address we sent your ticket to.

In case you changed your email address and we sent it to the old one, go to your profile page and add your new email address there. Once you've confirmed your new email address, set it to be your main email address. From your personal homepage check the "Events you are attending" section and navigate to your ticket. From there you can resend your ticket to your new email address.

In case you registered with a wrong email address, please contact us. Make sure to include the email you used to register and your correct email address in the support form.
